Proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through sincere praise, worship and teaching. Inspiring a love for God and His righteousness, and nurturing discipleship so all that in our community become followers of Christ.

Matthew 28:19-20

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Welcome Home!

We are so thankful that you have listened to the Holy Spirit in leading you to become a part of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church. We, the New disciples Ministry Team, are here to help you in your transition. No matter how you have become a part of MOMBC, the expectations are the same, and we are excited to be the first group of sisters and brothers to walk you through this process.

First of all, we want to make sure that you understand everything we do in this walk should honor God, and therefore must be done decent and in order. It is with great respect and reverence for God that we honor Him and are obedient. We know that you will be just as diligent in your dedication as we are! We truly look forward to working side-by-side with you in this vineyard!

Here are your next steps/expectations:

1). Listen intently during the intake process.

2). Fillout long enrollment forms.

3). Give us your extra contact information such as emails/cellphones for our Follow-up ministry.

4). Exchange numbers with fellow new members if possible and or desired. This is to have a fellow member to keep in contact with and to get to know one another.

BE IN CONSTANT PRAYER ABOUT WHERE GOD WANTS YOU TO WORK AND WHERE YOU SHOULD BE IN YOUR WALK AT ALL TIMES.

6. You must Attend your 9 weeks of classes. (Children attend 7 weeks of Sunday School.)
You are required to spend a minimum of 45 minutes in class. But due to the nature and content of EACH class, it is preferred that you attend the FULL class. Each subject takes the entire time, so missing out on even a little bit is not advised. Each class is Biblically based and is for EVERYONE no matter where you are in your walk with Christ.
